• "diet"は減量という意味でのダイエット（和製英語）ではなくて、食事とか食物療法とかじゃね。
• "Some interventions （略）can seriously disrupt the lives of patients" を「患者の命を深刻に途絶しうる」と訳してるんだけど、QOL＝クオリティ・オブ・ライフがそうであるように、ここのlifeは患者の生命じゃなくて「生活」じゃないすかね。代替医療の高額な費用とか、山奥に引っ越すことによる社会的な影響とか。健康への直接的な影響が懸念される場合は、healthがdamegedとかの書きかたになるような。
